12 step process

Pre-Inspection Our technician will walk through your home with you to visually inspect the carpet. He will identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results, as well as listen to any concerns you may have. We use the latest technology such as a black light, fiber identification and infrared camera.

Protect Flooring and Furnishings Sloppy work from cut-rate carpet cleaners can leave your home in worse shape than when they got there. The White Glove Clean process starts the second that we walk in the door (with our boots wrapped in plastic covers). Tarps, corners guards and whatever else is necessary to ensure that we are protecting your floors and furnishings.

Moving Furniture We will move your furniture, then clean and then replace your furniture using protective plastic and foam on the legs or bottom of the furniture to ensure that the carpet can dry and that the moisture isn’t seeping into your furniture.

Commercial Pre-vacuum Dry soil is removed by thoroughly vacuuming the entire area with a commercial power machine. Removing dry soil is one of the most vitally crucial steps in any cleaning process. The average home has 1 pound of sand per room. Sand and soil in your carpet is the #1 cause of wear.

Pre-Spray Traffic Areas A preconditioning agent is applied to emulsify and break down traffic area soil and general spots for the most thorough cleaning. In most rooms, about 20% of the carpet gets about 80% of the overall usage. We make sure to pay very special attention to the areas of your carpet that need it the most, ensuring that the entire area is left looking as new as the day it was installed.

Pre-Spotting Stains & Spills Any carpet with a little age to it is bound to have had a couple of accidents. Difficult stains and spots are pre-treated with special solutions to increase chances of removal. Coffee, fruit drinks, wine, urine and other bio-hazards are serious stains and can’t be removed with household cleaners or sprays. Professional, technical treatments are the very best way to handle serious spots and stains.

Agitation We use a pile lifter to massage and brush the pre treatment in. The cleaning solutions that we use are top of the line, but even the best soaps and solutions will only work if they are full penetrating the fibers of the carpet. The Brush Pro has a cylindrical brush that provides agitation that not only messages the soap into the carpet, but also lifts soil from the bottom of the carpet.

Post Spot Any spots or stains still remaining will get extra treatment with our many specialty spotting solutions. For longer carpet life and fewer permanent stains, be sure to have professional carpet protector applied to your carpet. A sanitizing deodorizer-disinfectant can be applied to neutralize odors for so your carpet stays looking clean and smelling fresh for weeks after we’re gone.

Speed Dry High velocity jet fans are placed on the carpet immediately after cleaning to accelerate the drying time. Not only does this get your carpet ready to walk on more quickly, but it also prevents mold-causing moisture that lesser systems leave behind.
